New Driver Orientation

Entry-level driver pay starts with daily pay. Once you solo qualify and are seated on your own truck, you are paid cents-per-mile. We also offer our minimum daily pay option that provides consistent weekly paychecks. Experienced drivers have even more options available to match pay with your seniority. If you do not live near one of our orientation locations, we will gladly arrange travel and lodging to help you get there.
